My very first contact with sim racing was playing REVS on a Commodore C64 back in 1987 — yes, I’m officially that old Back then, I could never have imagined that almost 40 years later I’d be competing in online races with a proper sim rig, direct drive wheelbase, active pedals, and triple screens surrounding me. It’s honestly incredible to see how far this hobby has evolved over the decades.
