Terms governing the use of buildmyrig.gg

Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions of access and use of buildmyrig.gg, published by GAETAN KURZAWA SARL. buildmyrig.gg is a sim racing price comparison and setup configurator website. By using the site, you fully accept these Terms.

Registration

Registration is available via email or OAuth authentication (Google). Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Users agree to provide accurate information and to keep their login credentials confidential. Any use of the account is deemed to have been made by the account holder.

Description of Services

Build My Rig offers the following services:

  • Price comparison for sim racing products from various retailers
  • Builder/configurator to create and customize sim racing setups
  • Community builds: browse and share configurations
  • Price & stock alerts: get notified when a product reaches a target price or comes back in stock

Prices

Prices displayed on the site come from third-party retailers and are provided for informational purposes only. They may change at any time without notice. Build My Rig is not a seller and does not process any direct commercial transactions. Displayed prices do not constitute a contractual offer.

Affiliate Links

Some links on the site to third-party retailers are affiliate links. When a user clicks on these links and makes a purchase, Build My Rig may receive a commission from the retailer. This commission has no impact on the price paid by the user.

User Content

Builds and profiles shared by users are publicly accessible on the site. Users remain fully responsible for the content they publish.

Users agree not to publish unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory content, or content that infringes on third-party rights. GAETAN KURZAWA SARL reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without notice or compensation.

Intellectual Property

The buildmyrig.gg website and all of its content (structure, design, text, software, images, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law and are the exclusive property of GAETAN KURZAWA SARL, unless otherwise stated.

Product data (names, images, descriptions, prices) comes from public sources and remains the property of their respective owners.

Liability

Build My Rig does not guarantee the accuracy of prices or the availability of products displayed on the site. Information is provided for guidance only and may contain errors or be outdated.

The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. GAETAN KURZAWA SARL shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the site.

GAETAN KURZAWA SARL cannot be held liable for transactions made on third-party retailer websites accessible through links on the site.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be modified at any time by GAETAN KURZAWA SARL. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, and failing amicable resolution, the courts of Créteil (France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
